DIY – At Home Weights: Bangin’ Biceps & Top Notch Triceps

I’ve been asked quite a bit about exercises to do at home, even if you don’t have weights. I made this video to hopefully answer that questions. I’ve never made fitness videos before, so I hope it’s ok. If you have any questions let me know! 

There are 3 bicep and 3 tricep exercises in the video. Now, these aren't exercises that I do all the time, but I do some form of these on a regular basis. I work out at the Dungeon, a gym in my area! Here is the link if you want to take a look!I'll introduce you to Mike pretty soon!!

2 Years Post Relaxer – Updated Wash Regimen!!

Hey guys!! 

I hope you are having a marvelous Valentine’s Day!! 

Today marks 2 years since my last relaxer!!!! I'm so excited!! Time really has flown by!!

I posted an updated wash regimen for you all to see! I have been so busy and it took me extra long to edit this video! lol! It's a lot easier to edit straight through, then to stop multiple times and have to pick back up where you left off! haha! But I hope you like it!



Washing my hair seems to be getting easier, but for some reason, it takes longer! I was so tired in this video! lol! I need to determine a new wash day, but I don't know when would be best! I'll have to try it out. We'll see... I'll keep you guys posted! Talk to you later!

 Hey Everyone!!

I hope you are all having a great Valentine's Day!! I love Valentine's Day!! If you don't have anyone to celebrate with, I love you and I will be your Valentine!! :0)

I think I am going to make a small change to my running schedule! ... Now that the runs are getting a bit long, I think I am going to change my Saturday run to Friday before work. Maybe it will change back once the weather gets better and I can run outside. But for now, the gym doesn't open until 8am and that is too late, because I can't run and get to work. Then by the time  am done with work... the last place I want to go is to the gym!! Haha! So for now, I'm moving it to Friday! ...

Week 6 Update!!


Hey guys!! I hope you are all doing well! I wanted to post a quick update video because I haven’t done one in a while.
