Run With Me!! :0)

Oh My Goodness!!

I can’t believe I decided to run a marathon! … Well… ½ Marathon! :0)

1 year ago, I didn’t even want to run to the car, and I would have laughed at the thought of me … Waychaun … running an actual race!

But… I’m going to do it! I’ve signed up, paid my money, everything!
Am I ready!? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Haha! … But will I be ready!? Yup… Absolutely! :0)

You know… It would be nice if some of you trained with me! Even if you are not training for a particular race, but maybe you just want to run more, or maybe even want to begin a healthier lifestyle! It would be fun if we did it together! … I’m Just Saying… *wink ;0) wink*

Throughout my training, I will make training posts, letting you all know how it went that particular week. If you want, you can post comments to let me know how your training is going as well! Of course, I’m not a doctor, and you should always consult your physician before starting any physical activity!

My overall training schedule is below! Some days we run for minutes, and the other days we run for miles. (The days we run minutes are marked as such).

Wish me luck … or better yet… train with me!! :0)

  1. Ok, I'm trying to understand your schedule, is it monday you run for 25minutes, then tuesday what does the number 2 stand for? I could just be having a moment, but I don't understand. I'm thinking about trying to follow your schedule.....Maybe. lol

  2. I couldn't follow the numbers (2,3,4,5) either. I think I might try to follow your schedule with you. I do not run at all and I really need to get in shape! 2011 is the year!

  4. Hi all, I'm thinking that the min. times are cardio workouts and the numbers are number of miles run?? That way it looks like over the weeks one would be increasing the number of miles to meet the marathon requirements. JMO.

I hate running but I make take it up for walking. We'll see. Regardless doing something, anything on this schedule will GREATLY get me moving from nothing hardly now. ;)

  8. Ahhhh I see! Thanks for clarifying Waychaun (cool name btw! :D )

I guess I'll use the minutes for cardio or walking depending on the mood and the weather. ;)
