I love Fridays!! I have no gym, no running, no NOTHING!! Finally my day for my body to rest!!
AAaaaaahhhh Fridays ..... TGIF!!
So I am trying to get mentally prepared for my run tomorrow! This is going to be the longest I've EVER run!! 60 minutes guys!! I know I'll be able to do it though! I'm going to mix up my music play list, make sure I have my towel to hide the time on the treadmill and just start running! I can't wait until the weather gets a little warmer so that I can start running outside. I think that will be a little better than running in place, looking at the same thing for the entire run!
