Week 1 - Day 4 of Marathon Training!

I was so proud! I was able to run almost the entire time!

I ran until I felt as if I needed a break, then I pushed through until the end of the song that was playing on my iPod. Then I slowed down and I walked for the next song with the treadmill on an incline of  10! Believe me... by the time that song was over, I was ready to run again because I was tired of walking on that d#$n incline!! lol! I wanted to walk on an incline because even during my 'break' I wanted to push myself! I think that will help me improve a little faster.
