I did the first 25 minutes this morning, and it went well. I did a nice pace run on the treadmill. Not super fast, and not too slow. Tomorrow we have 2 Miles!! ... I'll post how long it takes me to complete it.

If you want, let me know how your training went! Inbox me on youtube, facebook, comment... whatever works for you! At the end of the week, I'll make a video to go over how the rest of the week goes and answer any questions anyone may have! Talk to you all soon! :0)

Good Luck Tomorrow!!

  2. So I'm a day behind b/c I didn't want to leave the bed yesterday! :(. But I started today and did 25 min. Wasn't as bad. I did it at 5.0, no incline. I walked for 5 min and then did my run. I took 3 or 4 breaks to drink water, but they were less than 20 seconds. I'm nervous about 2 miles tomorrow since I didn't make 2 miles running today. More like 1.87 miles. Overall I feel great.

  3. I'm glad you can understand the schedule a little better now Nikkieblue! Sorry about that! I should have explained it a little better! Good luck getting started!! That's the hardest part! :0)

Great start Cassie! I'm excited for you! Don't worry about the 2 miles... as long as you finish, it doesn't matter how long it takes! It can only get better right!! :0)

    Talk to you ladies soon!
