I had a break through!!

Many of you suggested that I put a towel over the treadmill as I run, because the time and distance is such a big distraction, so that's exactly what I did! I knew it would help... but I didn't realize how much it would help! For my past TWO runs... I've been able to run almost the entire time! I've only had to walk through one song during each run! AAANNNDDD.... I even went over by a few minutes while running this past Saturday! I'm so excited!! I can't wait until the weather gets better so I can start running outside!!

I hope your training is going well! Leave a comment or inbox me any comments or questions, which ever you prefer!

Talk to you all soon! :0)

  1. This is going to sound so bad but....I straightened my hair last weekend and I'm going out for my bday (it's Wed the 26th) tonight and next Sunday. Since my hair is natural I didn't run the entire week b/c I didn't want to sweat my hair out! I'm not giving up though, I'm just trying to decided if I should start from the beginning or just the week I missed. What do you think?

  2. Haha!! I completely understand!! Happy early birthday!! I hope you have a great time! :0)

I think it depends on how comfortable you are with running. If you have run for a long period of time before, then you can probably just start with the week that you missed. But if that is challenging, then you can start near the beginning and work your way back up! I hope this helps! Have fun on your birthday! Let me know how your running goes!! :0) ttyl!

  3. Wow that's fantastic Waychaun! I'm super happy for your breakthrough because I knew you could do it all along. I'm inspired to get going on my own desire to get back my health and agility this year... been sitting too long for too many years at a desk job. At least teaching keeps you moving!

Keep it up girl cuz you're gonna finish strong!!

    Blessings as always,
    Suzanne
