Today was a little harder than I hoped it would be (especially for it only being day 2). :/ I work out on Mondays and Wednesdays for about an hour and 15 minutes before I run, so my legs and my body were a little more tired than I expected. I started running at 5.5 with a 0.5 incline, but that only lasted for about 5 minutes max!! lol!

It took me about 23 minutes (23.11 to be exact) to complete the 2 miles this morning. Maybe once I get used to the schedule, my body won't be so tired. I'm sure as we keep running our times will improve. As of now, at an 11 minute per mile pace,  it's going to take me 2.5hrs to finish. I want to improve that! Lets get moving!! :0)

  1. Hi NaturallyMe, I'm a day behind... I didn't start yesterday because everyone needed my time, BUT TODAY, I made the time to get to the gym... so I did my 25mins today, and I'm going to try and catch up. I think tomorrow is your scheduled rest day, so I will do my 2miles tomorrow, and then catch back up with you Thursday.

  2. Yup!! :0) Tomorrow is the rest day for me! It's ok if you get behind, I'm sure I probably will to as the training goes on... :0)

How did the 25 min go!?
