Today was an interesting training day! I'm a little discouraged and overwhelmed because I am only into week two and this is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be! Don't get me wrong, I knew it was going to be difficult, but I am really struggling! I think what's getting to me is the fact that I'm having this much trouble getting through my runs and I'm only in week TWO!! I have such a long way to go ... 15 more weeks!! I know it's going to get better... maybe not easier, but I'm sure I will handle it with a little more grace! lol! At least I hope so!! Happy Training!!

  1. Haha to him laughing, but good that you took it nicely. I'm doing the 7 week training with you, and my 2 miles today was brutal as well! My pace is getting better/faster, so that's good, but I still need to take a break every time at the 1.5 mile mark. I'm definitely not training for a run though, just trying to get my knees to learn how to run again a few years post ACL surgery. Keep pushing!
